ELA/History

English

In my ELA class, there's a lot of action. People write poems and then get tired of writing poems. Sometimes Ms. Hefler will randomly make use of the white boards. When I'm bored, I'll stare at her board. I just realized I could've made a pun when I wrote that. Oh well, it's a missed opportunity. Here are some of my favorite assignments from Ms. Hefler's class.

-Argumentative Essay, Julius Caesar the Superior Leader-
I didn't expect to like this assignment because writing essays are boring, but it was fun.

-Snow PoemPizza PoemMetaphor Poem-
I liked the writing the snow poem and my metaphor poem. I wrote the pizza poem with Ava, whose "privacy has been invaded," as she said.

English (part two)

That's right, it is now the time where I tell you what ELA is like, but a year ahead. It's practically the same, though. I still have Mrs. Hefler, however during third period, and it's still very action-packed. In fact, just the other day, about five girls in the backrow squealed over k-pop while Helen-chan asked our queen to play this. Also, just follow Raul. There's so many reasons you should. Don't ask me why, you fake fans.

History

History is my sixth period class. We learn a lot in history, such as information about the Reformation. I don't like the subject history itself, however I do like our history class as well as our history teacher, Mrs. Crutchfield.

-Social Injustice Slide-
My social injustice slide is about heterosexism. I liked this assignment because I think it's important for us to understand what social injustice means and what it is.

-Splitting of the Christian Church-
In this assignment, we had to make a diagram on the splitting of the Christian Church. I liked this assignment because I like making diagrams.

-World Map Outline-
This assignment was about displaying information using a bar graph.

History (part two)

As I said in my English section, which, if you're lazy like me, did not realize it was above this section and didn't bother to read it, nothing has changed. I have history second period, and we're learning about the Declaration of Independence and all that jazz.
